Cancellation Policy

Your appointment is very important to me and has been reserved especially for you. I understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary; therefore, I respectfully request at least 48 hours notice for cancellations.


I require 48 hours notice to cancel or reschedule appointments.


Please notify me directly or through the scheduling system 48 hours in advance if you must change, cancel, or reschedule your appointment.


Any cancellation/reschedule made less than 48 hours in advance will result in a charge equal to 30% of the reserved services.


Late arrivals: Please note that if you are more than 10 minutes late for your service, I may not be able to accommodate the service or services booked, and may need to be rescheduled.


Day of appointment cancellations, will be charged 45% of scheduled services.


"No Show" appointments will be charged the full amount of scheduled services prior to their next booked appointment. The amount will not go towards next appointment.

Service Adjustments

I strive to offer my guests the highest level of satisfaction. If you need an adjustment with your cut, color, or HABIT extensions, please let me know within 10 days of your visit. I'll be happy to do small adjustments; however, no refunds will be offered.

Retail Returns

Should you make a retail purchase that you are unsatisfied with, I will accept retail exchanges at full credit from 2 weeks of your initial purchase.
